1. **Pay via M-Pesa.** When you tap Buy with Secure Pay, you'll get an STK Push on the phone number you used to sign up. Confirm the amount and enter your PIN. 2. **Seller ships or delivers.** The seller has 5 days to send the item. You'll get a notification with the courier reference (Sendy, Fargo, or self-pickup). 3. **Confirm delivery.** Once the item arrives, you have 48 hours to inspect it and tap 'I've received it' in the app. 4. **Funds release.** As soon as you confirm, the seller is paid. If you don't confirm within 48 hours and there's no dispute, funds auto-release.
