How to open a dispute

If something is wrong with the item — it didn't arrive, it's broken, or it doesn't match the listing — open a dispute before tapping 'I've received it'. Go to the transaction page (under My purchases) and tap 'Open dispute'. You'll be asked to: - Pick a reason (didn't arrive / damaged / not as described / counterfeit) - Add a short description (one or two sentences is fine) - Upload up to 3 photos A moderator will review within 1 business day. While the dispute is open, the seller cannot release the funds, and you can keep messaging them through the inbox.
